Desai Chia Architecture shapes a residential ensemble in Chatham as an architectural response to land, light, and memory. Set across 80 acres in Columbia County, the Chatham Residence, Guest House, Farm and Pond Pavilion mark a deliberate shift away from urban life toward an analog relationship with landscape and history.
