VJS Architects design Red Thread Resort in Morjim, Goa, responding to a constrained beachfront site through a carefully layered planning strategy. Developed on a long and narrow beachfront parcel with limited sea frontage and ground-plus-one development restrictions, the project addresses a central planning challenge: not every room could directly face the water.
