In another home in Vadodara, Studio Yamini Architects ingeniously redefine a traditional, cultural element – the otla – into an inward veranda-court, (a nod to traditional cultural design elements) merging traditional thought with contemporary elements to create a timeless, welcoming sanctuary, with minimalist materials and warm accents.

The largest water sports institute in Southeast Asia – the National Institute of Water Sports (NIWS) in Goa is a bold and iconic addition to Goa’s public architectural landscape. Articulated through M:OFA Studios, the built form is a seamless fusion of intuitive and parametric design processes deeply rooted in local culture.

And in the heart of a historic town, where ancient traditions weave through the modern fabric of daily life, stands the Lingyin Cultural and Creative Pavilion; celebrating contextuality in architecture. Designed by Ondo Studio, every element in this charming space pays homage to centuries-old practices while catering to contemporary needs, creating a space where cultural identity and innovative design coalesce seamlessly.
