Staggered volumes craft visual interest across the two-storeyed contemporary residence externally, featuring rustic Gwalior mint and Indian sandstone cladding, textured eaves, bronze window sections and eclectic mild steel railings. Colonnades create a stunning interplay of light and shadows, as built and unbuilt architecture duet.

Planned in an introverted ‘L’ framing idyllic blues of an expansive pool, the layout remains natural and unforced. A grand foyer heralds views of a lush courtyard while leading to the muted living room, with pared-back tones that echo natural materials. A wooden screen and flooring demarcate the bar while tethering it visually. Sweeping glass windows frame tranquil vistas, maintaining a seamless connect with nature.

Bathed in light, the curved staircase flanked by art nouveau railings affords a stunning visual composition, framing a sculptural chandelier. The public spaces facing the pool exude stately charm. Cosy and minimal, the palette is warm, neutral, and champions the opulent beige Italian marble, orchestrating a fluent chic vibe. Patterns and textures take centre stage, smoothly blending into the restrained palette of nude and champagne that underscores effortless luxury. Curated paintings and sculptures embellish spaces. The private quarters are bespoke – each bedroom crafted in individualistic bespoke luxury.

The highlight of the interiors is the use of striking chandeliers – droplets of light rain down in elegant whimsy, anchoring ivory hues and wall mouldings for a charming European ambience; a delicate lotus-like chandelier; lights reminiscent of forest twigs, and some vintage offerings…

A cute nook on the terrace affords a lively experience under the stars, shaded by a gorgeous wooden gazebo, adorned with vines.
