Corporate basements often contend with limited height, enclosed volumes and inward-looking layouts. At 77 beneath London's BoTree hotel, Concrete Amsterdam turns these constraints into design opportunities. The designers manipulate perception through asymmetrical planning, layered circulation and carefully orchestrated sightlines.
