This hospitality project reworks a historic mansion through spatial interventions, where asymmetry is used to reinterpret the existing order of the settlement. In architecture, entropy is often understood as a condition where order is less obvious—emerging through variation, movement, and experience. In the traditional settlement of Pyrgos in Santorini, Greece, IMDA Studio explores this idea to rework an 1876 mansion into a hospitality project.
