Set within the landmark One Za’abeel, a development that epitomises Dubai’s aspiration for integrated luxury living, One Offices meets a complex brief: design a co-working environment that resonates with hospitality standards while achieving LEED Gold certification. JLL Design balances seamless vertical flow, user comfort, and contextual materiality within 3,350-square metres across two levels.
