BAD organises a coastal residence in İzmir through sectional planning, layered privacy and framed landscape views. Located in the Paşalimanı area of Çeşme, İzmir, Haus Laminae by BAD – Başak Akkoyunlu Design sits on a steeply sloping site where gradients reach nearly 30 percent. Positioned above road level, the residence uses the steep terrain as an organising architectural device, developing a sectional arrangement that responds to multi-generational living while maximising landscape views.
