The Évreux Paramedic Training Institute by VIB Architecture positions architecture as a response to climate, context, and use. Located on the Saint-Louis block in downtown Évreux, the Eure Paramedic Training Institute spans 15,000 sq. m., is an adaptive reuse project transforming a former hospital into a training centre, as part of a larger mixed-use development.
