In Xi’an, China, a city steeped in the memory of ancient Chang’an, Jinkunge Copper Hot Pot is a 630-square-metre restaurant positioned within an overlap of past and present urban life.The design draws its conceptual core from the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, treating it as a symbolic anchor.
