Interior architect Wang Daquan of Tanzo Space Design conceptualises the renovation of this home around a simple philosophy - melding experiential space with speculations of cultural pasts. Located at an urban-rural fringe, addressing prevalent contextual issues of rural revitalisation, the home has a design approach steeped in local inspiration. The quaint two-storey red-brick building evokes contemporary charm, as its entrance seamlessly crafts a sense of arrival.
