Architect Jess Pedersen orchestrates a cosy interior juxtaposing it with expansive reclusive outdoors to craft a frugal lifestyle… In this build, the homeowners were downsizing and relocated to a remote, scenic Black Boulder Mesa Subdivision in Boulder, Utah - an explorer’s hotspot! A low-density community that places primary emphasis on preservation of the natural environment, it encourages a commitment to low visual impact with restrictive height limits of 14- 16 ft, using materials that blend with the surrounding landscape.
