Publicis Groupe’s Shanghai headquarters reconsiders workplace culture through interaction, immersion, adaptability and collective spatial experience. As workplace culture continues to shift beyond fixed desks and hierarchical planning, offices are increasingly expected to perform as social infrastructure. The contemporary workplace now accommodates exchange, pause, presentation, retreat and collective participation within the same spatial ecosystem.
