Governed by raw, unfinished materiality and an aesthetic of curated plenty, this restaurant by Hitzig Militello Architects conceals thoughtful nuances in every nook! The adaptive reuse of this old house in Buenos Aires called for a complete overhaul. Split in two, the dual zones of the restaurant complement each other depending on the hour of operation.
