SUBU Design Architecture and Waterleaf Interiors create a sense of open breeziness in this compact three-level pied-a-terre in the tony neighbourhood of Manhattan Beach’s most coveted sand section! Extracting the maximum possible from a compact footprint of approx. 2000-square-feet sectioned into three levels, the designers cater to jet-setting homeowners - surfers and ranchers from Colorado who were used to open roomy spaces - by accommodating three full bedroom suites with a large professional kitchen/great room for entertaining, plenty of storage, and an entry mudroom.
