ShubinDonaldson Architects builds on a challenging canyon-like site by embedding the home into the rugged hillside, and facilitating a plan comprising interlocking geometries to contain its programmatic needs… Strong vertical and horizontal lines of wood and steel delineate the home's outline amongst the dense native flora that occupies the canyon, complimenting the wildness of nature's patterns.
