Our Indian Star Architect, Ar. Sanjay Puri is committed to keep us on our pen tips with his amazingly inspiring built forms. He has just won his 74th international award – this time – the Future Building of the Year 2015 award at the World Architecture Festival. His going back to the step wells footprint incidentally takes the blueprint much further and is imaginatively designed as a sustainable structure. Do check out this project, which is still on the drawing board and already in the public eye!

Strong architectural and design diktats saturate our pages this week as we flit from one office building to another, an industrial retrofit to commanding eclecticism; and even how mere elements of design, when harmonised ingeniously, can make a world of difference!
We hope you enjoy this issue and it leaves you yearning for more… until next week!
Warmly,
Savitha Hira
