1405 Design Studio reimagines a Chennai residence into a tactile retail space where craft and memory converge. Set on a quiet residential street in Alwarpet, this 1,150 sq. ft. boutique demonstrates adaptive reuse beyond conventional boundaries. The intervention transforms an existing residence into a space for textiles, jewellery and mixed-media art.The Existing Framework: The main essence lies in continuity.
