On Lake Como in Lecco, Flaviano Capriotti Architetti transforms a former private villa into NIÒBĒ, a fine dine restaurant, bistro and wine destination shaped by its lakeside setting. Overlooking the lake, the 430-square-metre project reinterprets the existing villa across three levels, opening visual connections and strengthening the relationship between the interiors, garden and the water beyond.
