OutsideIn Consultants reconfigure a flat site into contoured terrain to simulate the experience of a hilltop home in Indore. Located on a one-acre plot, the built mass sits elevated within an artificially developed terrain, revealing itself through gradual level changes and a sequenced approach. Integrated facade elements use wood, concrete, and plaster surfaces rather than applied systems. With an open surrounding context, the house frames long views through terraces and landscape pockets.
