Located along a major highway corridor in Odisha, the Odisha Mining Corporation headquarters sits on a six-acre site, operating both as corporate headquarters and as a landmark within an emerging commercial precinct. The intense solar exposure on the south-western elevation establishes the primary driver for the facade strategy.
