For 1405 Design Studio, this question became the anchor in designing a 2,500-square-feet residence on the 18th floor of a riverside complex in Chennai. Nesavu—named after the Tamil word for ‘weaving’—draws directly from the lives of its homeowners: he, an entrepreneur and co-founder of a gourmet coffee brand; she, a Bharatanatyam artist.
