This bistro is rooted in its habitat!

Located amid the UNESCO Natural Heritage area of the Dolomites of Sesto, in a tourist hotspot, Bistro Bergsteiger is a contextual intervention that blends into its habitat. Folding space into space, Plasma Studio draws landscapes into buildings, streets into facades, inside to outside. In this project too, the edge of an embankment, located along a well-known hiking trail, is used to insert the new volume and to integrate it into the surrounding topography.
