Strategically positioned within the DIX30 commercial lifestyle community on Montreal's South Shore, this 750-square-metre satellite office design marks a pivotal shift in addressing interpersonal dynamics in post-pandemic workspaces. Faced with the paradigm shift triggered by COVID-19, insurance services provider UNIVESTA seized the disruption as an opportunity to challenge traditional office norms, and craft an inspiring space reflecting the evolving nature of work environments.
