In a milieu of form-based structures in a gated community of villas, Niraj Doshi Design Consultancy in association with Thirdspace Architecture Studio directs a unique spatial experience that bridges tradition, nature and seamless functionality using an experiential design approach. Located in a tranquil oasis, flanked by three (currently) vacant plots, this ground-plus-two composite framed RCC structure overtly comes across as a simple, staggered composition emphasising materiality.
