We’re back after a much-needed break to a refreshing deluge of projects veering from hard-core architecture and technology to luxury lifestyles. We bring you a little of both this week. Marvelling at the varying degrees and meaning of luxury, we document for you three residential projects – a sprawling farmhouse by Atelier Design N Domain in Vadodara; a spacious 5-BHK by Cluster One Creative Solutions in Nagpur; and a Mumbai apartment by Kavan Shah Design Studio.
On the architecture front, we have Zaha Hadid Architects designing the first-ever free-form high-rise exoskeleton in Macau; Foster and Partners’ new landmark building for Madrid; an open-typology office design and the highlight as we call it (inhouse), the breakthrough in new materials by MVRDV, who have designed a beautiful façade for luxury brand Bulgari.
