Indiaartndesign(dot)com respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy statement informs you as to how we look after your personal data, and lets you know how you are protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) laws.
It is important to note that this Privacy statement is an extension to our existing Terms. We reserve the rights to change/alter the statement.
1. The information we collect about you.
Personal Information: – are all details and information that relate to a specific or identifiable person. This includes, for example, contact data such as name, telephone number, address or e-mail address, as well as other information that you provide to us, for example, during registration or when participating in competitions or surveys and the like.
2. How we use the information we collect?
We collect your personal information once you become a follower or a subscriber of our online magazine. We use this data to send you an issue of our weekly magazine and notify you about a specific section if requested by you. We also use this information to notify regarding competitions/ events etc conducted/organised by us.
The online transmission of personal data between the user’s browser and our servers is encrypted using the HTTPS protocol. To enable the functionality of this encryption technology, the user is required to use the current browser versions.

We use and retain your data only as long as it is necessary according to the processing purpose in question, there is no other legal basis for it nor we have an outweighing legitimate interest in it. CANCELLATION/RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

One-time payments are non-refundable.
For monthly payments, you are free to discontinue your support at any time by any of the following means:
Only for subscriptions authorized via UPI. You can pause/cancel subscriptions authorized via UPI directly from your UPI app.
Subscriptions authorized via Debit/Credit/Netbanking. You’ll have to send us a request for cancellation stating if you want it to happen immediately or after the completion of the ongoing billing cycle. The same will be processed within a maximum of 24 hours, as per your stated request; provided the request has been sent at least 48 hours before the end of the ongoing billing cycle.
Once you cancel, you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been deducted for the current period. For example, if you sign up on the 20th of the month, it means your billing cycle is on the 20th of every month. If you cancel your account on the 24th, you will still have to pay for the current month, but you will not be charged again after that.
