The USP of this residential renovation by Manoj Patel Design Studio lies in creating visually open spaces, and incorporating passive design strategies inside an existing built mass, all along, weaving his signature brick magic! Nestled in a busy neighbourhood in central Vadodara, the house defines a dialogue between existing structural grids and new punctures infused to foster communication.
