In a city starved of green spaces, this penthouse in Thane, Maharashtra boasts of expansive 10,000 sq ft terrace garden surrounding just 5,000 sq ft of actual livable space…  Designed by Team Design helmed by principal architect Tasadduq Kherodawala, the fulcrum of the design is the terrace garden that surrounds the home, transforming a mere living space into an oasis of calm.
