Speaking of designer accessories, interestingly, one of our members, Lubna Gafoor, from a social media platform questions the role of a design company with a multi-product range; with special reference to the Porsche-designed fountain pen.

To quote Lubna, “The way I see it, somebody invents something that can be used in other applications, like the Tempur Pedic mattress was based on NASA's original research for aircraft seat cushions… And then there's Cole Haan that uses Nike's "air" technology (I think it’s called) in its high heel boots…. I bet there’s some connection here (Porsche design of fountain pen) too…. But I would love to know what that is!!
