Dining in an arty ambience| Microsoft’s new office| The evergreen courtyard typology| Acclimatised architecture and more

2015 ends on an optimistic note! The year has seen indiaartndesign(dot)com grow from strength-to-strength in terms of page views, reader interaction, audience reach and but natural, content. We look forward to and wish all our readers and patrons too, a very Fulfilling 2016!

As you browse thru’ the week’s fare, the one aspect that comes to the fore is ‘reinvention’ in design. Whether it is the courtyard typology that is turned on its head to internalise a water body or bring a new dimension to viewing art, design is all about ‘what-where-when’ that ticks to evolve yet another stunning design solution.

Resuscitating synergies in design are few and far between. We bring you the exclusive interview with stalwarts – Collaborative Architecture from Mumbai and J.Mayer H Architects from Germany, who are all set to make new waves with a collaboration that promises to bring forth holistic design solutions. We wish them all the very best!

Wishing you all a very Happy New Year 2016 with lots of Cheer, Wealth, Peace & Health!

Warmly,

Savitha Hira
