A large pigeon anchors this Shanghai flagship, introducing a New York brand through spatial strategy and brand storytelling. The façade uses a pink perforated metal screen with claw-like apertures, through which a 2.8-metre-tall pigeon sculpture extends outward as ‘city observer’. The installation is split between the exterior and interior, with the head projecting onto the street and the body embedded within the store.
