The organisation of our spaces is more about community living, interaction and camaraderie. A lot of uncluttered, positively anchored spaces that meet functional requirements and soothe the senses, define home and hearth. With ‘comfort’ as the underlining discipline, the same principles can be dittoed onto to various scenarios – office, hospitality and retail. Incidentally, comfort seems to be the topper in the list of ‘must haves’ irrespective of random touches of quirkiness.

Our palette is full this week with a restaurant that is a culinary delight; homes that open to vistas, bringing in nature or chiselled from it; progressive thoughts that enunciate creativity and comfort as synonyms of interior design; and of course, a ‘going back’ to our roots – not just for inspiration, but to bask in the rudimentary strength of old values, methods and methodologies.
Cheers to a great week ahead!
Warmly,
Savitha Hira
